On Wednesday, February 8th at 6:00 pm the South Community of Chicago ISPI will have its next meeting at the Business and Career Institute of South Suburban College. 

At this session, we will discussion the findings in the book, Fierce Conversations, by Susan Scott (Available at Amazon at http://a.co/2LMUkN0).

We will review the Seven Principles of Fierce Conversations and discussion how they can be used in the work force to improve productivity and relationships.
