Chicago ISPI South
Community Meeting

Determining the Impact of Training (Or Other Interventions)

On Wednesday, November 16th at 6:00 pm the South Community of Chicago ISPI will have its next meeting at the Business and Career Institute of South Suburban College.

This is the final session of a three-part series focusing on how to positively impact business results using the research, models, and tools from the field of Human Performance Technology (HPT).

With increased competition for resources, it is critical that we can demonstrate the training or other interventions implemented had a positive impact on the business' bottom line.   Therefore, we need to go beyond measuring what the learner thought of the experience and if they learned anything.  We need to be able to show how the results of the intervention helped the organization meet its business needs.

If you live or work in the southern suburbs and would like to join us, please register today.

Participation in the session is free.
