Chicago ISPI Downtown
Community Meeting
This month's topic is about performance review practices. Is your organization changing its approach to performance reviews? If so, it's in good company.
In 2015, the New Yorker wrote a piece called, "The Push Against Performance Reviews." Microsoft, Gap, and Adobe are but a few of the companies who have chosen to adopt a new approach. For years, many of us who've been steeped in HPI have advocated an approach that better supports performance instead of administrivia.
Please join us for a lively conversation, as well as networking opportunities, as we discuss how this affects us and our work, as well as how we can assist our clients during this time of change. Please register so we know who is attending and who to look for that day.
Don't forget to check the
Downtown Community's Discussion Board
for additional information.
