If you could “change the game” for you and your organization, what might that look like? What might become available and possible? For practitioners of HPT to be successful, consider that we must be able to identify and implement game-changing interventions.

This conversationally rich and intellectually provocative session will draw on key distinctions and the formative experiences of the participants.  Together, we shall develop a broader perspective that will generate a larger range of innovative, possible interventions. Join us to up your ante and change your game.

Objectives:

  • Recognize value of “changing the game” in your work situation.
  • Connect “game-changing” issues to ISPI principles and standards.
  • Apply simple tools that can enable partnership with the client.
  • Identify opportunities for future game-changing, value-adding interventions.
