Join your fellow Chicago ISPI members, Kery Mortenson, CPT; and Lisa Toenniges, CPT, for the second in our Ask The Expert (ATE) series. Read on for why Lisa and Kery are experts with answers to your questions.
The concept is simple: you bring the questions, we supply the experts. Submit your questions in advance for the opportunity to be chosen to go on the air with Kery and Lisa. (Keep reading for how.) You will be able to ask limited follow-up questions through chat during the call as time allows. A few days before the call, you will receive dial-in instructions in an email.

About Lisa
Lisa is owner and CEO of Innovative Learning Group (ILG), a highly profitable and growing company in Michigan. She has over 25 years experience in the performance improvement industry and has consulted with many Fortune 1000 companies about their learning and performance strategies and solutions.
Lisa has devoted herself to ISPI for over two decades. She started as a volunteer to serving on the board of directors. Currently, she is the Society’s past president; her past board roles were president, president-elect, and treasurer. Lisa also is a past president of the ISPI Michigan Chapter and was chair of ISPI’s 2010 annual conference.
About Kery
Kery Mortenson is a highly skilled, creative learning leader with +25 years in global health care organizations. He believes people can be the greatest competitive advantage.
He is passionate about setting people up for success with predictable learning curriculums and performance solutions. His field of expertise centers on innovative performance consulting, blending instructional and non-instructional solutions and implementing simple and predictive evaluation strategies. Kery has expertise in adult learning principles results in opportunities to present highly interactive sessions at domestic and international learning and performance improvement conferences.
A native of North Dakota, Kery has a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Microbiology. He is an adjunct professor of organizational leadership at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Il. He is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).
