Join Chicago ISPI for the first in our Ask The Expert series, this month featuring Judy Hale and John Lazar.
You bring the questions and we will supply the experts in this fast-paced one hour show. Submit your questions in advance for the opportunity to be chosen to go on the air with Judy and John. (Keep reading for how.) You will be able to ask limited follow-up questions through chat during the call as time allows.
Judy Hale, PhD, CPT
Judith Hale is an established consultant with more than 25 years experience working with the private and public sectors. What distinguishes Judy is her ability to offer innovative approaches to increasing the capacity and capabilities of employees, supplies, and after-market partners. Hale is known for being practical and ingenious in her recommended approached to credentialing and certification. The words frequently used to describe her are ingenuity - she sees possibilities others miss; integrity - she never loses sight of the goal; and intelligence - she knows how to get relevant and valid information.
John Lazar
John is a change agent with diverse experience in the professional services, financial services, oil and gas, health care and telecommunications industries. He has the exceptional ability to coach individuals and teams to breakthrough levels of performance, and to design and implement performance improvement interventions for teams and organizations. John has been described by clients and colleagues as caring – authentically appreciating the person, more than their role; provocative – able to ask questions that challenge old perceptions and reveal new possibilities; and accountable – able to adjust creatively to deliver on commitments while maintaining strong working relationships.
