Expand your skills at two of our most popular events; Cracker-barrel and Chicago eLearning Technology Showcase, both led by the field’s top practitioners. ISPI also offers many events. Meet practitioners from around the globe at ISPI’s annual Performance Conference, Fall Instructional Systems Design Conference, and the HPT Institute Conference.

Networking and Professional Development

Because our meetings are located in communities around this large metro area, we offer intimate opportunities for networking and professional development. When you participate in Chicago ISPI, you are connected to a warm and responsive network of Chicago Human Performance colleagues. Chicago ISPI offers opportunities at the community and organization level so you can develop additional skills, develop strong bonds, and gain the experience that may help you to earn your CPT designation. Our community meetings and our online forums help you advance your career as you can obtain sound advice from other professionals and  Performance Improvement specialists.

The Chicago Alliance

As a member of Chicago ISPI, you are also affiliated with an organization called The Chicago Alliance, a consortium of organizations in the Chicago area that address various aspects of workplace human development.
